The first time I stayed at a bed & breakfast was when my wife and I went on our first anniversary vacation weekend. We knew we wanted to continue away, we just were not sure where or anything you wanted to do.

Since then my niece and I are usually to two other bed & breakfasts, one in Williamsburg, VA and another in upstate Nyc near Seneca Lake. Although the concept 1 bed & breakfast were similar, these people different in several different ways. For instance in Vermont at breakfast and dinner (both that were included) we sat at individual table in the adjoining restaurant. In NY and VA we ate a significant table with most of the other guests. In VA the owners took care of everything, well them and their youths. In NY and VT the owners ran the place but also had help to get rooms ready and continue the place clean. In VT we had our own outside entrance in our room as should the room was some of our house. In NY and VA you’d your own bedroom in the same house with the additional guests.
Regardless of whichever style you choose, if you in no way stayed at a bed & breakfast you should. Each one was wonderful a person really felt as you were part among the owner’s family a person stayed there.
I would recommend first pick a point where you know you would really like to stay. An individual like the reams? How about the sun or a tropical island?
